ReFlow: Reports on Internet Flow Data

چکیده

Network traffic statistics from operators can provide a good overview on world-wide network usage. In the past, Internet2 provided statistics of traffic transferred in one of their networks. These statistics have been a valuable source of information for researchers and operators. However, Internet2 discontinued this project in April 2010 and, to the best of our knowledge, there is no other project of this kind nowadays. The goal of this work is to create a new system, called ReFlow, to fill in this information gap. In this paper we describe all modules of this new system. The types of statistics on network traffic that the system provides are detailed. We explain how the system computes the statistics out of flow-level traffic measurements provided by operators and universities. We also discuss the issues on ethical and privacy concerns regarding the sensitive nature of publishing network traffic information.

No-Reflow Phenomenon in Patients with ST-Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction, Treated with Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Study of Predictive Factors

Introduction: No-reflow phenomenon in coronary vessels, manifested in some patients with reperfused acute myocardial infarction (MI), is associated with poor clinical and functional outcomes. Therefore, evaluation of predisposing risk factors can be helpful in risk assessment and identification of patients at higher risk. Herein, we aimed to study the predictive factors for the development of...

Platelet-To-Lymphocyte Ratio as a Predictor of No-Reflow after Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients with ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Introduction: No-reflow increases the complications and mortality rate of primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Therefore, it is important to identify patients at a higher risk of developing no-reflow. This study aimed to systematically review the prognostic value of the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) to predict no-reflow. Materials and Methods:</s...

Combined assessment of reflow and collateral blood flow by myocardial contrast echocardiography after acute reperfused myocardial infarction.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the combined assessment of reflow and collateral blood flow by myocardial contrast echocardiography after myocardial infarction. DESIGN Myocardial contrast echocardiography was performed in patients with acute myocardial infarction shortly after successful coronary reperfusion (TIMI 3 patency) by direct angioplasty. Collateral flow was assessed before coronary angioplast...

Predictive Value and Impact of No-Reflow Phenomenon after Primary PCI

Background: Angiographic no-reflow after primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with STelevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) may result in unfavorable outcome. Objectives: The aim of the work was to study the outcome of STEMI patients with no-reflow phenomenon. Patients and Methods: A total of 627 STEMI patients who underwent primary PCI within 24 hours of symptoms onset...

No - Reflow

A. DEFINITION. The no-reflow phenomenon was originally observed in experimental models of acute myocardial infarction (MI) and was described as a failure to restore normal myocardial blood flow despite removal of the coronary obstruction. Since that time, no-reflow has been shown to complicate thrombolytic therapy and percutaneous revascularization with PTCA and other devices. Defined angiograp...
